Deposits are required to secure your room. Deposits are $150 per person and are non refundable per vendor policy. Once the deposit is paid you will receive your trip payment link within 24 hrs. You will use this link whenever you want to make a payment towards your trip.
FINAL PAYMENT DUE FOR ALL ROOMS IS July 31, 2026
Other Important Information
Included with this trip is all of your accommodations in both countries, Kenya (Nairobi) and Tanzania (Zanzibar, Dar es Salaam and Safari camp) and ground transportation. Zanzibar includes an all inclusive resort, Safari Camp includes lunch, dinner and breakfast and all other locations include breakfast only (Dar es Salaam and Nairobi). Each individual is responsible for all flights. Please reach out to Abroad with Amaris before purchasing flights to ensure your are arriving and departing on the correct days, etc. You should leave the US and arrive in ZNZ and depart from NBO to return to US. Each individual is also responsible for two other flights, that we will purchase directly from regional African airlines. These flights are from Zanzibar to Dar es Salaam (about a 45 minute flight and cost on average $50 or less) and Dar es Salaam to Nairobi (about 1.5 hours and the average cost is $90-$150). I know some of this may sound confusing. Please reach out to me so that I may assist!
