CANCELLATION PENALTIES

The deposit for your trip in NON REFUNDABLE! You are able to get a refund minus your deposit up until July 12, 2026 after this date there is NO REFUND.  This is per vendor policy.  If you have any questions about this please let me know.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons and other reasons (depending on which insurance you choose, total trip cancellation insurance is available and travel insurance is affordable).

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

In order to secure your room, a deposit in the amount of $200 is due.  After your deposit is paid you are able to pay on your trip at anytime via your personal payment link. If you misplace the email for your direct link, no worries, just reach out to us!  A service charge of 4% will be added for processing.  We can also send an invoice to minimize this fee or you can use our business cash app.
